The Background
It seems like I can never go too long without jumping back in for the delicious bite of hops. Too that end, this week I’ve chosen an American IPA to drink, which tends to lean on the wonderful bitterness. My locations to buy beer are also currently somewhat limited in Gainesville, but I was happy to find this at our local Publix grocery store. It’s a great thing to see craft beers starting to become a more emergent and available option for people, even if they don’t actively hunt for them.
